Real Estate & Loan Documents Signing Agent - Laser printed documents brought to your borrowers by approved and preferred notaries who are certified trained by both the NNA and LSS. E&O insured to $100,000 and background checked annually. Available on BancServ (used by FNF-owned title companies) and JOT (used by First American Title). We are protective of your signers' non-public information and help them feel comfortable and at ease at the signing table.
Includes same-day Scanbacks and local title company branch drop-off or FedEx/UPS drop-off, upon request.

About the Legal Eagles of the Lake:
Originally founded in 2012 as Lady Of The Lake Process Servers and Mobile Notary, a legal support services company offering both Service of Process and Mobile Notary Services, we discontinued our Process Service offering in December 2018 so that we may focus and grow our mobile notary service in the Eugene & Springfield metro area in Oregon.
In April 2023 Lady Of The Lake, Christy Albin, working in collaboration with her partner in business and in life, Henry "Butch" Grambusch of Eagle Mobile Notary, rebranded as a collaboration: Legal Eagles of the Lake.
We are experienced professionals who you can trust to protect your private non-public information. We are friendly and approachable and it is our goal to help you feel comfortable and at ease during the signing process. Punctuality is a Principle Plank on our Pedagogic Platform! We will arrive on time or call you well in advance to alert you if there is some kind of unexpected obstacle preventing us from arriving on time.
